These starter Terms apply to your use of the iLogix Labs website and any public demos. iLogix Labs is operated by iLogix Digital, based in Noida, India. By using the website or a demo, you agree to these Terms. Paid services will be governed by a separate agreement setting out scope, pricing and responsibilities.

Our services and demos

We develop AI voice receptionists, website chat agents, and lead follow-up and booking tools for small businesses. The public voice demo lets you try a sample conversation. Information on this website describes intended capabilities; availability and setup timelines depend on your business requirements and any agreed service terms.

AI limitations

AI agents can make mistakes, misunderstand requests or provide incomplete information. Review important details and bookings, and keep a human contact available where necessary. Our agents are not emergency services or a substitute for professional legal, medical or financial advice. Call the relevant emergency service for urgent assistance.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website or demos for unlawful activities, harassment, impersonation, spam, security testing without permission, or attempts to access information that is not yours. Only share information you are authorised to provide, and do not submit sensitive information to a public demo.

Recordings and personal information

AI demo conversations may be recorded and transcribed for service evaluation and support. Appropriate notice will be provided when a recording is enabled. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

Ownership and external services

The website, branding and related materials belong to iLogix Digital or their respective owners. You may view them for legitimate business enquiries but may not copy or misuse them. Third-party websites, including Cal.com booking pages, have their own terms and policies.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free AI responses. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and demos are provided as available without warranties. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to any mandatory rights under applicable law. We may update them as services develop; the date above identifies the latest version.
